Little Twinkles
This month in Little Twinkles we have enjoyed exploring the outdoors, spending time in the garden playing in the water tray with the sea creatures, digging and pouring in the sandpit, working on our balance on the equipment and socialising with our peers. This helps all areas of development including the use of mathematical skills when scooping the sand. Sensory experience in the water tray as well as using language skills, and physical development both fine and gross motor to move around the garden.
Inside we have enjoyed becoming more independent in our play and following the children’s interests and giving them choices. The children who have recently started are all settling in well and developing relationships with their key person, showing a positive bond.
