Mission Specialist (Room Leader)

Location: Bidford-on-Avon | Salary: £24,000 - £25,500 | Working hours: Full Time

Introduction

Due to our ever increasing demand in places here at Bright Stars, we find ourselves needing another totally terrific Room Leader.

How would you like to come and work in a purpose built, cosmic, out of this world nursery, offering first class experiences to everyone?

Due to the fact that we now find ourselves with lots more little people wanting to join us, we would like to find a caring, fun loving person to come and lead a very busy room. We need someone to lead and help nurture our enthusiastic staff, and to play and nurture the ones we have waiting to come on board, on their own little voyage of discovery.

Bright Stars – an innovative nursery

We have a passion for high quality day care, in a loving, family environment and a “team spirit” is essential to us. We are looking for an enthusiastic team player with a level three qualification in Early Years Childcare, to join our dynamic team. We are an ever growing, ever expanding nursery.

Key to this role will be:

Someone who can lead and motivate the staff, whilst ensuring that all aspects of Safeguarding and Positive reinforcement are their number one priority

To come and play and have fun, whilst nurturing our little Mission Cadets.

Someone who can be a dinosaur one minute and then a pilot the next. Inspiring the little ones to use their imagination to the fullest.

The successful candidate will have the interpersonal skills to enjoy positive healthy relationships with nursery parents and colleagues.

Think this could be you, then get in touch. We offer a £250.00 join up incentive!

Company Overview

We are an all-inclusive children’s nursery redefining the way children learn. Bidford Bright Stars has a guiding philosophy that focuses on the development of imagination through inspired learning and play.

We believe that manners, respect and aspiration are key cornerstones to our society and we look to stimulate these behaviours as children embark on their educational journey by making learning fun and inclusive.

We are developing a unique and tailored approach to developing every one of the children in our care. During the most influential and important time in their lives we take inspiration from a range of pedagogical approaches to create the building blocks for confident, happy and independent children.

Every part of our business has been carefully designed to encourage a child’s inquisitive nature and support them to learn, play and explore whilst developing as young people. We focus on dedicated learning bubbles with a devoted member of staff at every stage of their journey to ensure their experience is personal and unique.
