Exciting News!
Kieran, who has been working with us part time since August 2022 around his degree, has decided he would like to start with us full time!
He will be taking up the role of Deputy Mission Specialist in Little Clusters (this is the room he has been working part time in) and will be taking over as Mission Specialist (Room Leader) next month, ready for when Lianne finishes.
Kieran, who also has 6 years of experience working with SEND children, will also be starting as Deputy SENDCo, working with Elaine, ready to take over as SENDCo when Elaine finishes.
“After completing my Level 3, I went to work in a nursery environment and then later a SEN school for 6 years of which I picked up skills and strategies to help myself give young person the best opportunities to learn.
Being able to help young people within education is a really rewarding position to be part of and I strive to help those achieve the best that they can.
Outside of work I’m a keen musician, archer, and language learner all whilst finishing off my Geography degree.”
