My daughter cam sometimes have a wobble when she gets to the door but always comes out smiling and telling us about her ‘gluing and sticking’, dancing, making music and reading stories with Sophie. I think her eating habits are improved by being around other children and the happy eating environment too and the variety she eats is something we are working on so appreciate the support there too, particularly with veg! Thank you so much for always giving her a brilliant day ans lots of care.

I think you are all wonderful. Oscar is thriving and that’s down to the wonderful staff, and the brilliant environment you have created. You are by far the best nursery in the local area. I’m very impressed with the level of communication we get. We all love seeing the photos every day. Thank you for everything you do. Special mention to Laura who we all think is brilliant 🙂

Very supportive across the nursery especially Jane who is always on hand and is supportive to myself and my children she will never know how much appreciation I have for her and her team truly worth their weight i gold an amazing nursery which I would highly recommend

Would be nice to see some non meat meals in the weekly menu and it mixed up a little bit. Communication and relationships with KW less than when in little stars. Always felt that was a real positive the communication and seeing what they have been up to, especially when messaging with concerns or important info would be great to have them acknowledged

The nursery is great and our child is very happy attending. Staff are welcoming and the facilities are amazing – the outdoor space is the best I’ve seen. They have done really well to keep the nursery open during a pandemic too! I would not hesitate in recommending the nursery.

My only two comments are: 1. when the key worker is off, it’s really obvious as the care, cleanliness and happiness of the child dips somewhat. 2. The puddings on the menu could be healthier

Excellent facilities balanced by an excellent team. No question is ever too much and I feel well supported within my family. You cater to all our needs and ensure my child is happy, confident and settled. Keep up the hard work because it pays off in the happy little people you’re nurturing.

Wonderful nursery/pre school, my son loves it there, the staff are all amazing, I know my son will really miss bright stars when he starts school, thank you everyone so much, I will recommend bright stars now and forever xxxx
My child appears to really enjoy attending and we’re generally very happy with everything so far. Have had some issues with not being sent a couple of emails, also app seems to be set up that my husband has access to finances and myself has messages from key worker and we don’t both have access to both?

We’re really happy with the level of care received. Communication is brilliant. We can’t fault our experience at Bright Stars. We put ‘not applicable’ for the inappropriate behaviour question as it’s not something we have experienced.

Daughter has loved attending bright stars since day 1. Easy to message her key workers to give any concerns but also to inform of any issues they may need to know. Extremely happy with bright stars and would highly recommend.
Overall we think you have a great nursery. The staff are always really helpful whenever we ask questions. I speak regularly with Jane and key workers Davina and Amy and I cannot fault any member. All lovely and have helped my son immensely with his development.

Couldn’t recommend bright stars enough. The outdoor area, staff and overall of the feeling in the setting is amazing!

It’s hard to comment on some A’s like toys as we only see pics as haven’t visited yet! But overall we’re happy with the care. Sometimes filling in the accident form for every little scratch can seem a bit extreme as toddlers can be into everything, but I understand it being part of procedure due to the previous safeguarding issue at the nursery, but it’s not something I ever did at a previous old nursery with our eldest.

We did have one instance that made me question the level of care and honesty – we never did truly understand what had happened – but aside from that I am proud to send my child to Bright Stars

I would find it helpful if when moving rooms and a child has a new key worker to have a telephone meeting with the new key worker so we get to meet them

Great lovely people and my child feels comfortable around them. If they ever have any concerns they are voiced straight away with me which I like. Can tell they care for the children they care for

I am extremely happy with the care for both my children, they are always excited to come in and leave very happy. Both their key workers are approachable, friendly and seem to really know both my children
