As the weather starts to improve we have been developing our outside environment, exploring the different areas, and making creative art displays of outdoor creatures that we can enjoy looking at. The children have really enjoyed getting outside, developing their physical skills, having lots of social interactions, listening to the different sounds we can hear in the outdoor environment, and learning through our play. Last week was World Book Day so we took this opportunity to explore different books and develop them into story tuff trays, making them an interactive experience for all the children to explore. This helps with our communication and language skills but also role play as an adult-led experience. On our windows in the room we have been making weather artwork which helps with our creativity skills and learning about the seasons and different weather outside.
