Shining Stars Update…
This week in Shining Stars we have been enjoying looking at our shape (star) and colour (green) of the week through paint printing. We have spoken about what objects the children could find that are the same as the shape and colour of the week.
We have also been exploring our theme of the month, oceans; We filled the water tray and tuff tray with water and explored how boats float and talked about the different sea animals we could find.
We particularly enjoyed forest school this week as we went on a bear hunt and then hunted for bugs! We carried this interest on by looking at our story spoons and book of ‘we’re going on a bear hunt’.
