Little Clusters Update
This week in Little Clusters we have been enjoying sports in the garden with Coach Ryan from Super Star sports. We practised our listening skills following the instructions that coach Ryan explained to us, and we celebrated when our friends scored a goal!
We have also been enjoying some playdough disco to develop our fine motor skills which will help us with our pencil control and with feeding ourselves.
We have been focusing on putting puzzles together as these will help us recognise shapes, we have been looking at the edge pieces of the puzzle to start with the border.
Our book of the week this week has been ‘Aliens love underpants’; we have made our own aliens in underpants this week using our handprints as the aliens!
Our number of the week is ‘eight’ and the shape is a ‘triangle’; we looked at them every morning at circle time and pointed out triangular shapes in the room and practiced our number recognition.
