Little Twinkles Update

This month in Little Twinkles we have welcomed some new friends who have settled in really well to the room.

We celebrated the King’s coronation with red, white, and blue activities, making crowns and having a large garden tea party.

The children really enjoyed the picnic style lunch outside. The Coronation tea party also meant we got to play with lots of balloons, teaching us about persistence and enhancing our hand eye coordination.

We are loving the warmer weather, with lots of time being spent outdoors doing water and sand play, using our gross motor skills to climb on the equipment and using the cars/bikes, and looking at bugs on the leaves such as caterpillars.

We have been having our ‘Keep to the Beat’ sessions together with Little Stars the past 2 weeks, supporting our social skills by learning from the older babies.
