Little Clusters
June has been a great month for exploring the outdoor environment in Little Clusters, we have enjoyed the warmer weather with lots of physical activity, developing our climbing skills over the wobbly bridge, and up the steps of the slide, balancing on the stepping stones, and practicing ball skills, kicking, throwing, and catching.
We have celebrated the kick off of the European Championship Football by creating our own classroom bunting. Gluing and sticking and painting onto football T-shirts for our wall display, gluing on numbers for our number recognition, and the children have enjoyed spotting their own faces on our miniature players.
We have continued to enjoy music sessions with Naomi, identifying different sounds, such as farm animals, different vehicles, aeroplanes and rockets after the children had enjoyed seeing the Midlands Air Show earlier this month.
