Super Stars Update…
This week in Superstars we have been practicing our cutting skills by cutting out scarecrows, we cut out what clothes we wanted them to wear and dressed them.
We have been focusing on our theme of the month which is ‘food’. We have been linking it to harvest. We discussed what kind of which foods were healthy and we should eat lots of fruit and vegetables, we talked about food we should eat occasionally and what our most favourite was to eat.
We made an Autumn leaf collage deciding what colour we wanted to make our leaves, mixing paint to make different shades. We talked about why the leaves are changing colours and saw them for ourselves during Forest School. We also noticed that some of the pear trees had some blossom on which is unusual for this time of the year!
