Shining Stars
In Shining Stars this month, we have been enjoying lots of Autumn activities! We have been exploring Autumn leaves, making our own Autumnal trees, and we have been pumpkin painting, glueing and sorting. We have also been developing our fine motor skills using playdough, threading, painting, and writing activities. Lately, we have been focusing on developing our independence, especially during Forest School – we have been getting ourselves ready by putting on our own puddle suit and wellies. We have also been choosing which activities to participate in during the session, such as bug hunting, building houses for soft toy animals, and mud play. After Forest School, we have then taken our own puddle suits and wellies off and put on our shoes.
