Little Twinkles

This month in Little Twinkles we have been having lots of fun in the garden having teddy bear picnics, playing in the play house with our friends, exploring the ball pit, as well as doing water painting. These activities have helped us develop our communication and language skills, colour recognition, gross and fine motor skills, as well as exploring new textures and feelings. As well as this we have been doing lots of artwork with our friends using the paintbrushes, paint pens, and wax crayons to colour different fruits and animals, helping us with our fine motor skills and our pencil grip whilst holding onto the different mark makers. We have also been building lots of different shapes and making houses, cars, towers and more with the different types of building blocks, such as the stickle bricks, big Duplo, and the soft blocks. This has helped develop our fine motor skills, sharing skills with our friends, and has helped us develop our colour recognition.
