This month in Little Stars we have been enjoying the sunny weather. Having snack outside with our friends and doing activities outside. We have also been doing lots of water play to cool us down in the hot weather, as well as playing in the sandpit with our friends. These activities help us develop our sensory development as well as our fine motor skills, scooping and pouring skills and our hand eye coordination. We have been enjoying the safari themed tuff tray, where we explored the different animals that you can see in a zoo as well as using our language and communication skills to make the noises as we travel through the little safari. This activity helps develop our hand eye coordination skills as well as our sharing skills with our friends. We have been singing lots of our favourite songs like wind the bobbin up as well as learning our facial features and body parts. We have also said goodbye to some of our friends this month who have moved up to Little Clusters and also gained some new friends who have moved up from Little Twinkles.
