Super Stars Update
This week in Super Stars, we have been focusing on decorating our Easter door where the children got creative painting our Olaf bunny and making a basket full of eggs, as well as printing their feet as bunny feet onto paper!
We also made chicks using paint on our hands and printing them onto card which they got to take home. The children put their good literacy skills to work by writing their name on their eggs – this helped support their name recognition and pencil grip.
We have also enjoyed the sunshine and we went on an Easter egg hunt! The children were really excited to try their best and got competitive with their friends. The prizes for finding the Easter eggs were stickers which encouraged them to try their best.
We have made sunflower pictures and painted flowers for the new season of spring. We have been learning about how plants grow and taken good care of our sunflower for the nursery competition.
