Week beginning 3rd July 2023

This month in Little Cluster’s we have welcomed some new friends from Little Stars. We have enjoyed having new friends to play with and seeing them settle in so well.

We have enjoyed music sessions using the music instruments which the children particularly enjoy, making as much noise as possible to our favourite song such as The wheels on the bus, Wind the bobbin up, Miss Polly had a dolly. This has a range of benefits including supporting sensory development, hand eye coordination and promoted physical development in a variety of ways.

Creative activities are always a big hit and we have loved seeing the lovely creations the children have made for our summer display. We have made prickly hedgehogs, butterflies and cherry blossom trees using paint, gluing and sticking. The children especially enjoy gluing and sticking because they can do this independently. They are always super proud of their work which is lovely to see.
