Super Stars
Over the past month in Super Stars, we have been very busy preparing for their next big step to school. We have been practising our number and shape recognition, completing activities where we have to fill in the missing gaps and match pairs together. We have enjoyed painting and doing artwork to create a zoo in the role play area. We have been learning all about different animals that we find in the zoo and compared them to minibeasts we find in the ground which we have found outside on our bug hunts. The children have loved learning about animals. We have recently been making the most of the sun and developing our gross motor skills climbing and balancing on the climbing frames, throwing and catching a ball or frisbee, and having water play where we have been pouring, filling, and measuring the water. We have also been learning our new graduation song which the children are all doing really well at practising!
